Guest Chef Mark Hyam (The Observatory Sidney, Tom's Kitchen, The Running Footman, Mayfair) will be rustling up an absolutely classic Gallic feast (choose Foie Gras or Coquilles St Jacques to start followed by Cotes de Beouf or Sea Bass then White Chocolate bavoirs, Fresh truffles and coffee to finish) paired with excellent French wines from lesser known regions. Wine tuition will be ongoing throughout the evening.
