Terms & Conditions of Sale

Wines

Wines, unless otherwise stated in respect of specified offers or by asking very nicely, are sold by the case (12 bottles minimum) and prices are quoted in £ Sterling incl. VAT. Cases can be mixed cases (minimum 3 bottles per wine). A discounted, wholesale price is available for orders over 60 bottles. This will be indicated upon request.

Payment

Payment will be accepted by cash, or cheque, or Bank (BACs) transfer in £ Sterling, or US Dollars and all goods remain the property of A Moveable Feast Ltd until paid for in full. For account customers, and for all wine tastings and events, payment will be due within 7 days of invoice date by any of the above methods or at time of delivery/completion of service by prior arrangment. Invoices outstanding 28 days from date of issue are subject to 10% interest charge per 14-day period unpaid.  For wine tours 50% of per person price is required as a deposit on agreement of terms, the remaining 50% not less than 2 weeks before departure date.

Delivery

Delivery in Central London for all orders is £7.50 + VAT
Other orders delivered at 50% cost. Please provide a daytime telephone number to allow us to check before delivering.
(As a rough guide, the charge for delivering 12 bottles of wine in the UK is approx. £10 + VAT.)

Returns

If a wine appears to be spoiled or below standard, please notify us as soon as possible and remember to keep any faulty bottles. We regret that we cannot otherwise accept the return of wines once delivered, unless by specific arrangement. Collection arranged at cost.
